The loan can be used to meet the various needs of their dairy occupation including the purchase of farm inputs, farm machinery and related investments intended to enhance their productivity in the dairy industry.
This dairy sector facility is open to all, indeed individuals or a Sacco are not required to be customers to qualify for Maziwa Loan.
Saccos find Maziwa Loan useful due to the following:-
- Loan amounts from any amount up to a maximum of Kshs. 5 Million.
- Repayment period of up to 36 months.
- Fast processing of loan applications.
- The Sacco does not have to be a Co-op Bank customer to apply.
The Sacco is simply required to provide the following:-
- Proof of having been in operation for the last 2 years.
- Proof of having delivered milk to New KCC for at least 6 consecutive months.
- Proof of having maintained an account with any Bank for at least 6 consecutive months.
