To pay your electricity bill at the ATM, you'll need your Co-op Cash card and your KPLC account number. Insert the card into the ATM slot and enter your PIN. On the service menu, select "other services", then "utility payments" and then select "KPLC". You will then be asked to enter your KPLC account number (without the hyphen).

E.g If your KPLC account number is 98765-4321, you will key in 987654321

Thereafter, follow the instructions on the screen. Payment can only be made at Co-operative Bank ATMs.
