ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION

  • Approved plans from relevant local authorities (should not be more than two years old).
  • Bill of quantities from a registered quantity surveyor.
  • CVs/profiles of the design team i.e. Architects, Quantity Surveyor, Engineers, and Contractor.
  • Evidence of project equity contribution – i.e. the customer portion of construction costs should be evidenced by cash held, material on site, or amount already spent on the project.

  • Insurance – annual fire & life premium
  • Stamp duty (land and house purchase) 2%-4% depending on the location of the property
