In Charge –NGO & Donor Business

experienced professional who will be the key liaison between the bank, the development partners, private sector

players and the clients.

Reporting to Head-Institutions & Co-operatives Banking Department, we are looking for a person who combines,

relationship management expertise with business acumen, constructively challenges the business and provides

valuable insight to ensure optimal decision-making outcomes.

The successful jobholder will be expected to:

Market to and onboard local & International NGOS (INGOs)

Assist in seeking and mobilizing deposits from development partners/clients and the International NGOs

Assist in scoping business levels with clear wallet sizes of all partnerships.

Write proposals and tenders to NGOs and Donor for banking business including CIT and consultancy services.

Provide capacity building to Co-operatives, pre-Co-operatives, associations and other self-help groups to

enhance social-economic development of the people through wealth creation by working collaboratively with

development partners/donors such as NGOs to directly impact agriculture, farmers and Co-operatives.

Act as a liaison between the bank, donors/development partners and Other private sector players.

Coordinate, implement, and monitor donor projects.

Provide leadership and relationship management to the bank’s NGO business by managing the NGOs portfolio

and working with other business units for the growth of this business sector.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

Qualifications: –

Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree from a recognized University with experience ideally in a

leading organization, with a proven track record in marketing & relationship management.

A Master’s Degree or relevant post graduate diploma will be an added advantage.

Working knowledge (not less than 2 years) of Banking, donor relations, proposal writing and/or

general business/will be added advantage.

Strong conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills with ability to influence and

negotiate at different levels.

Excellent sales and presentation skills with strong business acumen.
