The following terms and conditions apply to the December 2025 Saccolink Card and Sacco MCo-opCash campaign involving selected SACCOs that bank with Co-operative Bank of Kenya. By participating in the campaign, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
- Campaign Period and Eligibility Criteria:
- The campaign period is from 22nd December 2025 – 5th January 2026.
- To be eligible to participate in the campaign:
- You must be a current member of any of the participating SACCOs and have either a valid Saccolink card or be registered on Sacco MCo-opCash.
- You must make a payment of Kes 1,000 and above using your valid Saccolink Card or Sacco MCo-opCash during the campaign period from 22nd December 2025 – 5th January 2026.
- Reward Criteria:
- For participating SACCOs that only provide Saccolink Cards to their members: every day during the campaign period, the first 10 members who use their Saccolink Card to make a payment of Kes 1,000 and above will be selected for a reward of Kes 500.
- For participating SACCOs that provide both Saccolink Cards and Sacco MCo-opCash to their members: every day during the campaign period:
- The first 10 members who use their Saccolink Card to make a payment of Kes 1,000 and above will be selected for a reward of Kes 500.
- The first 10 members who use their Sacco MCo-opCash to make a payment of Kes 1,000 and above will be selected for a reward of Kes 500.
- Only successful Saccolink Card and Sacco MCo-opCash transactions will be eligible for reward.
- A SACCO member can only be rewarded for one single transaction during the campaign period.
- Management and staff of the participating SACCOs and Co-operative Bank are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
- The SACCO members who are identified daily for the cash back rewards during the campaign period, as per the eligibility and reward criteria, will receive their reward 11 working days after the end of the campaign i.e. after 16th January 2026.
- Other Terms & Conditions:
- Co-operative Bank reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions or withdraw the campaign at any time.
- Co-operative Bank in consultation with the participating SACCOs reserves the right to disqualify any participant or withdraw the reward for any reason they deem fit.
- Although Co-operative Bank and the participating SACCOs have used all reasonable efforts to ensure that all information and material relating to the campaign are accurate, they shall not be held liable for any inaccuracy or errors in such information and/or material. Co-operative Bank and the participating SACCOs, their agents, and sub-contractors will also not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage to a participant, whether caused by self or any third party, arising from matters outside their control including but not limited to force majeure events such as acts of God, computer viruses, power outages, lockdowns, epidemics/pandemics, etc.
- Co-operative Bank and the participating SACCOs do not require SACCO members to send airtime, money, or any other consideration to the Bank or the SACCOs or any of their staff in order to participate in the campaign or receive the reward. Any SACCO member who receives a call, email, SMS or any other communication requesting for this should consider it a fraud attempt and report it immediately to their SACCO.
- Data Protection: In order to facilitate the Campaign and for marketing communications, the Bank may process personal information relating to identified or identifiable natural persons i.e. personal data, who participate in the Campaign. The Bank will process this personal data in accordance with the Bank’s Privacy Policy – available for review on Co-operative Bank’s website and in accordance with data protection requirements under the Kenya Data Protection Act, Act No.24 of 2019.
- By participating in the Campaign, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which will be subject to interpretation by Co-operative Bank, whose interpretation shall be final and binding.
