Dr. Peter joined the Co-operative Bank of Kenya in 2014. He has 25 years of experience in Information and Communication Technology. He is responsible for the Co-operative Bank’s strategic technology and championing the use of information and communication technology. He provides the strategic leadership that drives innovation across the bank and its subsidiaries. His impactful contributions to technology and digital transformation have kept Co-operative Bank at the cutting edge of the financial sector, setting new standards for operational agility and efficiency. He has extensive experience in system development and project management and has successfully delivered a wide range of systems around Africa, Middle East and Asia. Prior to joining the bank, he worked with various Fintech companies where he advanced his technical and project management skills. He holds a PhD in Business Administration (JKUAT), Master of Business Administration (JKUAT) and a BSc. Computer Science (Egerton). He has also attended various technical courses, holds several certifications and is a member of Kenya Institute of Management.
